Stroller Strides is a great way to get fit, spend time with your child(ren), meet other parents, and have fun. Join us for a 60 minute workout that includes power walking/jogging, body toning, abdominal work, and songs for the little ones. Every Wednesday after class, we have a playgroup also! Your first class is always free. |
